Volunteer age requirements vary by program, but all Eagle Mount volunteers must be interested in working with people who have disabilities, safety-minded, reliable, punctual, and willing to put participants’ needs ahead of your own. Bring your existing skills and interests; we’ll provide special training for each program, so you can further develop those skills while also becoming a great teacher.
Several waivers must be signed before engaging with Eagle Mount. Check out our Waiver page, and sign the ones that are necessary for you.
Background checks are required for all new Eagle Mount volunteers and every three years for continuing volunteers. The cost of the background check is $6.95. If you have any questions or concerns about the background check, contact us at (406) 586-1781.
