Director of Operations

Eagle Mount is looking for a mission-focused, strategic, and process-minded leader to serve as its Director of Operations. Reporting to the Executive Director and serving as an integral member of the senior management team, the Director of Operations will be responsible for Eagle Mount’s financial management strategy, being a champion for the operating culture needed to fulfill Eagle Mount’s inspiring mission, and overseeing the short and long-term maintenance of assets including a 20 acre facility. In addition to the financial, human resource, and facility oversight components, the Director of Operations will contribute to the development and execution of the organization’s strategic goals. The Director of Operations should be comfortable developing and implementing processes, policies, and procedures both with finance and general operations that promote communication and trust among staff. This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance leader with operational experience and a proven track record of creative problem-solving to join a mission-driven organization. Work Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position, $60,000-$90,000 DOE. Excellent benefits package includes: $750 monthly contribution toward agency sponsored health/dental/vision, 4% 403(b) retirement match, generous PTO and the opportunity to work in a mission-driven culture.
