Designed for our independent developmental delayed adult participant, having fun is a priority in this class.  With the assistance of wonderful volunteers, the class includes aerobic exercises for building strength and endurance, plus flexibility and conditioning. Sometimes games and music are added for the enjoyment, improved social interaction, and fitness of participants and volunteers.
