The Ice Skating Program gives individuals with a disability the freedom and sheer delight of gliding across the ice. Through the use of adaptive equipment and dedicated volunteers, participants with reduced ability to balance and others in wheelchairs are transformed into ice skaters.
Pick Your Group
Middle school and high school participants are ice skating for six weeks from the beginning of October through the middle of November on Tuesdays. The participants arrive on the bus around 1pm, skate from 1:30pm to 2:30pm and then head back to school at 3pm.
Elementary school and adult participants are ice skating for six weeks from the beginning of October through the middle of November on Thursdays. The participants arrive around 1pm, skate from 1:30 to 2:30 and leave are finished around 3pm.
