Eagle Mount is seeking an Aquatics Program Assistant to support the delivery of the Adaptive Aquatics program for people with disabilities or cancer. Responsibilities include teaching water aerobics and swim lessons, lifeguarding, and communicating with program participants. Early evening and occasional weekend work is required. The Adaptive Aquatics Assistant is a year-round, full-time position, supervised by the Adaptive Aquatics Director.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time (up to 40 hrs/wk), year-round, non-exempt position, $21 to $25/hr DOE. Benefits package includes agency sponsored health (with optional dental/vision), 4% 403(b) retirement match, generous PTO and the opportunity to work in a mission-driven culture.
