Eagle Mount is looking for an experienced and self-motivated coalition builder to serve as its Director of Development.
Reporting to the Executive Director and serving as an integral member of the management team, the Director of Development will be responsible for Eagle Mount’s fundraising initiatives. The Director of Development will manage a portfolio of 60 - 80 households and engage in 100+ meaningful face-to-face meetings a year. This position will provide motivational leadership to the development team, which currently consists of a development coordinator, events manager, development officer, grants administrator, engagement manager, and marketing manager. The successful candidate must have experience securing Leadership Gifts (>$100,000) and Planned Gifts (bequests, trusts, real estate). This would be an exciting time for the right candidate to join Eagle Mount as we launch a robust comprehensive campaign.

This is a full-time, exempt position, $90,000 - $120,000 DOE. Excellent benefits package includes an agency sponsored health/dental/vision, 4% 403(b) retirement match, generous PTO and the opportunity to work in a mission-driven culture.
