Adaptive Guide at Big Sky

Eagle Mount’s Guide Program is a great option for individuals that are independent skiers or riders that DO NOT need instruction but would like a guide to navigate the mountain and lift access.

Please note: No lessons on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve afternoon, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day or Easter Sunday. Early/Late season and holiday lesson scheduling and location will be dictated by snow conditions and availability of instructors. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Locations:

Mountain Village

This is the main base area of Big Sky Resort and best if you are driving up from town or staying near the Mountain Village area (The Huntley Lodge, The Summit Hotel, Village Center, etc.)

The Montage

This is best for individuals staying in the Montage/Spanish Peaks area of the resort.

Madison Base

This is best for individuals staying in the Moonlight Basin area of the mountain.

Times:

Half-Day

10am-12pm OR 1pm-3pm

Full-Day

10am-12pm AND 1pm-3pm

Rates:

Rates include a private lesson with a trained instructor, a lift ticket, any adaptive equipment needed, and a helmet and goggles if needed. Lift tickets are valid from open to close on the day of your lesson only.

Half-Day Guide — $50

Full-Day Guide — $100

When you participate at Eagle Mount, you make new strides, happy memories, and good friends while enjoying Montana’s amazing recreation opportunities! Our programs and camps are designed for people of all ages with physical, developmental or cognitive disabilities, and for young people with cancer.

Volunteer

As an Eagle Mount volunteer, you’ll receive training designed to help you improve your personal skills, learn to adapt to the needs of people we work with, and learn about the wonderful world of Disability.
