Facilities Manager

Eagle Mount is looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to serve as its Facilities Manager. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for general upkeep of Eagle Mount’s main campus. The Facilities Manager will work closely with the Management team, the Barn Manager, the Aquatics Director, the Horticulture coordinator, as well as with volunteers and participants. The successful candidate must have experience working with with tools and machinery, and must have a ‘can do-get it done’ attitude. This would be an exciting time for the right candidate to join Eagle Mount as we consider the growth of Eagle Mount’s facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:
Commitment to Eagle Mount’s mission to serve people with disabilities or cancer.
Experience with a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks and associated hand tools.
Familiarity with equipment and vehicles used on site.
Basic understanding of common plumbing and electrical issues.
Able to lift, carry and transfer objects routinely weighing 50 lb. or more.
Able to stand for long periods, stoop, bend, crouch, and do repetitive hand motions.
Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of conditions.
Trustworthy, courteous, punctual, self-motivated, flexible.
Ability to work independently or with a team.
First Aid certification, including CPR (provided by Eagle Mount if needed).

Preferred Qualifications:
Certified pool operator or ability to become a certified pool operator.
Mechanically inclined, familiarity with diesel and hydraulic maintenance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Previous experience working with and around horses or livestock.

Compensation and Benefits:
This is a full-time, non-exempt position, $19.25 - $22.25 per hour, DOE. Excellent benefits package includes: $600 monthly contribution toward agency sponsored health/dental/vision, 4% 403(b) retirement match, generous PTO and the opportunity to work in a mission-driven culture.
