Eagle Mount partners with Big Sky Resort to provide skiing and snowboarding lessons for people with disabilities and youth with cancer. Eagle Mount supports the opportunity for all individuals to enjoy the exhilaration of snow sports. We offer lessons with our trained staff and volunteers to provide a personalized experience to help meet the goals of each individual. Eagle Mount offers lessons out of Mountain Village, Madison Base and Montage locations. Please see our lesson offerings below.
The Eagle Mount Base at Big Sky Resort is located in the Mountain Village and lessons are offered there or at the Madison Base and Montage locations.

Eagle Mount’s VI Guided Program is a great option for individuals that have a Visual Impairment, DO NOT need instruction and rather need a guide to call out directions, follow you down the hill and get you on the terrain you like.

Eagle Mount’s Guided Program is a great option for individuals that are independent skiers or riders that DO NOT need instruction but would like a guide to navigate the mountain and lift access.
The multi-week program is for participants looking to ski or snowboard on a regular basis with consistent coaches. For Saturdays, there are 2 six-week sessions available. Our Wednesday program is one session.. Both are out of the Mountain Village location. We offer both full and half-day lessons.

When you participate at Eagle Mount, you make new strides, happy memories, and good friends while enjoying Montana’s amazing recreation opportunities! Our programs and camps are designed for people of all ages with physical, developmental or cognitive disabilities, and for young people with cancer.
As an Eagle Mount volunteer, you’ll receive training designed to help you improve your personal skills, learn to adapt to the needs of people we work with, and learn about the wonderful world of Disability.
